This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong aptitude for numbers, organizational skills, and a desire to build a career in accounting or finance.Job Responsibilities:Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and maintain vendor/customer records Reconcile accounts and verify discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for review by management.Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial and accounting documentation.Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve accounting and procedural issues.Perform routine audits of documentation and accounting records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Support the accounting team with additional administrative projects or tasks as needed.Key Qualifications:Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills High degree of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external parties Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
