Responsibilities
- Carry out data verification tasks to ensure accuracy
- Manage the collection and organization of data
- Implement knowledge of accounting principles in daily tasks
- Apply tax knowledge to relevant procedures
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to facilitate and streamline tasks
- Engage in data entry tasks as required
- Conduct necessary checks, which may include drug tests
- Monitor and manage customer accounts as necessary
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.
- Experience in data entry is necessary, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations is a must.
- A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information securely.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are needed.
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage, is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
