We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This role is pivotal in our finance department, with a focus on financial reporting, tax management, auditing, and month-end closing procedures. The successful candidate will also play a significant role in financial planning and analysis and will be expected to leverage their experience with ERP systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our accounting processes.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.• Ensure all monthly closing procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.• Oversee the management of taxation matters and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.• Manage auditing processes and ensure they are conducted in accordance with best practices and corporate guidelines.• Streamline and enhance accounting processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.• Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making.• Leverage ERP systems to facilitate and optimize accounting functions.• Manage the preparation of journal entries and ensure they are correctly recorded in the accounting system.• Ensure compliance with internal control measures and policies.• Manage and oversee various financial processes including cash management.
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
