The successful candidate will play a key role in managing full-cycle accounting processes, including billing, collections, invoicing, and month-end close, within our organization.Responsibilities:• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Manage the billing process, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner.• Handle collections, interacting professionally with customers and maintaining positive customer relationships.• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring all charges are correctly applied and invoices are distributed promptly.• Manage credit control, monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required.• Ensure a smooth month-end close process, verifying all transactions are recorded and reconciled.• Utilize Excel for financial analysis and reporting.• Operate Sage software for various accounting tasks.• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date. • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
