We are offering a fully onsite contract to hire opportunity for an Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be working closely with the finance team and other operations staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting related tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring adherence to all accounting policies and procedures
- Undertaking high-level analysis of company revenues, expenditures, and salaries
- Assisting in the creation of annual budget plans
- Collaborating with field terminal personnel and operations teams to gather necessary data and generate reports
- Assisting with the preparation of month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Working with Accounts Receivable staff on invoicing, cash applications, and AR reconciliations
- Evaluating financial records for accuracy and consistency
- Reconciling general ledger accounts.
