What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Robert Half?
· This position reports directly to the President/CEO and provides reports of current performance levels.
- Provide reports of the financial position of the company to ownership
- Process daily financial transactions
- Perform Monthly Financial close
- Perform Bank and general ledger account reconciliations
- Provide Forecasting/Budgeting
- Accounts Receivable processing and collections
- Payroll processing
- Coordinate Company insurance needs with broker, liability, auto and medical
- Responsible for fleet management, licenses and quarterly reports
- Assist and identify with Cost Reduction in all area’s
- Responsible for coordinating the Employee Benefit offerings – Medical, Dental, Vision, AD&D, Life and 401K Vacation(PTO)
- Perform Human Resources functions
- Update ERP System with job related documents
- Monitors staff safety and on-the-job injuries.
Benefit offerings: Medical and Life coverage with Anthem, Dental, Vision, Disability 401K Match up to 4% 1 week vacation awarded after probation period, Paid holidays.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
