We are searching for a meticulous Accounting Specialist to join our client's team in Wyoming, Minnesota. This role will be instrumental in managing and executing our financial operations, with a focus on accounts receivable tasks. Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain comprehensive records of these transactions.
• Record and track payments within the banking system, ensuring all entries are precise and up-to-date.
• Continually monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data, improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliation tasks, verifying that all financial data aligns and resolving any discrepancies.
• Conduct billing functions and cash applications, ensuring all invoices are sent out in a timely manner and payments are received.
• Utilize internet banking systems to manage transactions and track financial progress.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of the business by identifying areas for financial improvement and implementing strategic solutions.

• Role requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position• Proficient in Cash Applications
• Demonstrable experience in Billing and Billing Functions
• Familiarity with Internet Banking is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
