Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client located in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will process invoices, expense reimbursements and accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy, in addition to assisting with month end close and year end close processes. Responsibilities:• Full cycle processing of invoices (verifying, matching, coding, entry)• Maintain vendor accounts and provide monthly statements • Resolve vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.• Monitor credit card accounts and reconcile statements monthly• Ensure accurate coding of invoices.• Conduct routine check runs.• Maintain accurate supplier records, purchase orders and related contracts• Manage the process of invoice processing effectively• Use of QuickBooks, Sage300, Textura & Excel
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
