We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Cupertino, California. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within the financial services industry. The focus of your position will be to support our finance department, handle accounts payable, and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.• Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner.• Actively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.• Assist with the preparation of checks, correspondence, and mailings.• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies, obtain required information, and confirm wire details.• Facilitate invoice approvals while ensuring all verification controls are met.• Enter account payable invoice details into the Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system.• Compute internal cost accounting allocations using complex Excel-based models.• Assist with special projects and auditor requests as and when required.• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
