This role primarily involves the management and processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and addressing customer inquiries within a busy, data-focused environment. Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required• Manage a large volume of data entry tasks• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline work processes• Work towards the goal of transitioning the AP department to a more paperless system• Handle 1099 forms for year-end processing• Process a high volume of invoices on a weekly basis• Issue expense checks to employees every pay period.
