In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and processing all accounts payable, vendor account reconciliations, vendor maintenance, processing of invoices, check runs, maintaining accurate records, expense reports and more.Responsibilities:• Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable, ensuring all transactions are accurately and promptly processed• Utilize your expertise in Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline accounting functions• Take charge of Account Coding to maintain precise and up-to-date records• Provide exceptional customer service, always prioritizing a customer-first approach• Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively• Handle Reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved• Manage multiple vendors, ensuring all accounts are up-to-date and all transactions are processed accurately• Regularly reconcile vendor statements to maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
