Accounts Payable

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role is situated in an office environment and involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and handling bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities:• Handling the process of accounts payable invoices and making appropriate payments• Preparing and managing company bank deposits• Conducting bookkeeping tasks such as posting transactions and reconciling accounts• Ensuring the maintenance of computerized accounting records including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll records• Preparing Sales tax filings and financial reports using Sage 50 accounting software• Ensuring timely payment of bills by monitoring cash flow• Making journal entries and maintaining records• Resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer credit records• Processing customer credit applications efficiently• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.Don’t hesitate to contact Kate Bradley at 920.753.8481 if you’d like to be considered for this role or if you have any questions.
