Responsibilities:• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer invoices, payments, and credits.• Regularly monitor accounts receivable aging reports, taking appropriate action on outstanding balances.• Engage in effective communication with clients to discuss payment status and resolve any discrepancies.• Accurately process cash receipts and apply payments to appropriate accounts.• Undertake collections management, following up on outstanding invoices as needed.• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date accounts receivable records.• Provide support for account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.• Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting tasks.
