Our organization is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Deductions Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have prior experience with the Amazon portal and a solid understanding of deductions review and dispute process. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities :
- Use the Amazon portal to manage A / R collections / deductions. AMAZON PORTAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Review, dispute, and follow up on deductions proficiently.
- Coordinate with various teams including Warehouse and Sales for deduction approval.
- Tenaciously dispute denied deductions and follow up until repayment is achieved.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, V / X lookup skills are preferred.
- Communicate effectively and establish strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Location : This is a fully remote position.
Duration : This role is provisioned for approximately 3 months, with potential for an extension. The starting date is as soon as possible.
