We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Lake Forest, California. The selected candidate will be part of an industry that requires diligent and meticulous monitoring of customer accounts and processing of payments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the call center and billing operations on a daily basis.
- Facilitate check and credit card transactions.
- Generate and update a variety of reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Conduct general office tasks as required, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
- Set up new owner information in the system and prepare material for new owner packages.
- Implement fees in accordance to requests from resort-managed properties.
- Carry out daily reconciliation of the lockbox for all cash inflows.
- Manage online payment transactions on a regular basis.
- Process and deposit checks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute various payment adjustments to maintain accurate customer records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education level required.
- No previous work experience required; however, experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Proven skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) are highly desirable.
- Ability to handle tasks such as Check Deposit and Lock Box procedures.
- Experience in Payment Processing is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
