Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities include:• Efficiently processing customer credit applications• Ensuring accurate customer credit records are maintained• Recording daily sales from all retail locations and affiliates• Preparing journal entries and monthly reports for external agencies• Creating client invoices and reaching out to clients for necessary information• Recording unearned income and allocating to sales on a monthly basis• Preparing and reconciling quarterly royalty payments• Managing and reconciling grant income and tracking fund spending• Assisting with Accounts Payable when needed• Undertaking clerical functions such as filing, scanning, mailing, and organizing files• Providing support to other departments as necessary.
