- Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of accounts receivable metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems to manage the AR process and streamline operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
