We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Biling and Accounts Receivable Manager in the Financial Services industry based in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. As an integral part of our team, you will be overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of credit applications, and resolving any customer inquiries. This opportunity is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and execution of the billing process
• Develop and maintain effective billing systems
• Resolve any billing disputes with customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records
• Oversee and manage all accounting functions related to accounts receivable
• Handle all billing functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage cash activity and cash handling processes
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
• Review and manage contracts
• Approve invoices as per the set guidelines.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial services role
• Proven expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Ability to manage Billing Functions effectively
• Experience in handling Cash Activity and Cash Handling procedures
• Proficient in Revenue Recognition and Revenue Reporting
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
