This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume invoicing, reconciliations, and cash applications with accuracy and efficiency.Pay Range: $28 - $34 per hour, depending on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesGenerate and process high-volume invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Apply customer payments, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve any outstanding balances.Investigate and resolve billing issues, working closely with internal teams and external clients.Maintain customer account records and ensure proper documentation.Assist with month-end close processes, including AR aging reports and reconciliations.
