A leading manufacturer is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. This person will report directly to the Accounting Manager and be an integral part of the accounts receivable process including the analysis of AR aging.
Responsibilities:
- Posts customer payments by recording checks, ACH, wires, and credit card transactions.
- Reconcile payment and obtain back up documents for deductions to apply proper accounting codes.
- Process refunds and issue credits for returns.
- Process payment request for expenses to be paid to customers.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Manage collections of overdue invoices.
Qualifications:
- AR experience
- Good with excel
- Degree a plus, not required
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
