- Accurately inputting and managing data related to various office functions
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and paperwork as necessary
- Providing support in scheduling tasks, printing, and distributing paperwork as per requirements
- Maintaining a log of manufacturing data, which includes operation time, sequence number, operator details, etc.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform various administrative tasks
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and maintaining logs
- Handling multiple tasks efficiently with speed and accuracy
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in all interactions
- Assisting in various administrative tasks as assigned
- Utilizing the Maps API for any location-related tasks.
- Proficient in data entry tasks with a keen eye for detail
- Familiar with various office functions and administrative tasks
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word for creating and managing documents
- Ability to manage scheduling tasks efficiently using Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with 'About Time' software for time tracking and management
- Capable of handling paperwork and financial notes with accuracy and confidentiality
