Responsibilities • Bill pay, including calls to payees regarding incorrect bills and preparation of payments for client approval • Reconcile checking accounts and investment statements • Prepare and make bank deposits • Organize tax documents • Negotiate with creditors • Review medical insurance papers and verifying proper processing of claims • Provide general organization of financial papers and systems • Collaborate with clients’ tax preparer, attorney, and investment professionals • Connect clients to vetted community resources • Prepare accountings and track client spending Additional responsibilities may include supporting the Company in providing: • Notary services • Fulfilling roles to act as power of attorney, trustee, executor, or guardian • Prepare client spending plans and update budgets • Preparing plans to reduce debt • Other duties, as assigned All Roles • Attend weekly staff meetings to review client cases • Record time daily and expenses monthly by/before deadline(s)
