We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Inside Sales Assistant in Sugar Land, Texas. This role primarily involves administrative tasks with some sales support and EA duties in a small company environment. The successful candidate will be expected to understand the warehouse side of the company and might travel occasionally to learn the trade show / conference side of the business.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the owner in auditing orders and communicating with top clients
- Manage expense reports and book travel arrangements
- Coordinate trade shows, including ordering goods / swag and tracking delivery dates
- Perform data entry tasks and generate reports
- Create sales presentations for clients
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Ensure grammatically correct and effective email correspondence
- Be flexible and open to taking on a variety of tasks to support the growth of the role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Sales Assistant role
- Proven skills in Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Calendar Management
- Capability to process expense reports
- Excellent skills in email correspondence
- Software skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint (Intermediate), Google Suite, QuickBooks.
