- Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all handwritten notes are accurately inputted into the computer system
- Offer assistance to the team whenever necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring all replies are accurate and timely
- Oversee filing tasks, maintaining an organized and up-to-date record system
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services for specific administrative tasks
- Employ the use of Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and conducting virtual meetings
- Manage calendars, ensuring all schedules are up-to-date and conflicts are minimized
- Use CRM to track and manage customer relationships
- Participate in budget processes, providing administrative support as needed.
- Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with creating and managing Banner Ads
- Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating online conferences
- Skilled in using Concur for travel and expense management
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience with About Time for time tracking and project management
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively
- Understanding and experience with Budget Processes
- Experience in Calendar Management
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
