As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with ensuring superior customer service is provided to both internal and external clients, maintaining organized and efficient filing systems, and managing various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:• Ensuring superior customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.• Promptly answering and directing phone calls, as well as managing the call log.• Developing and maintaining an efficient filing system to guarantee that procedures and documentation are organized and easily accessible.• Preparing various forms of communication, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.• Exhibiting detail oriented and courteous communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.• Assisting in the generation of regularly scheduled reports.• Providing general administrative support to the team, which includes managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.• Handling any complaints or queries in a detail oriented manner to ensure client satisfaction.
