Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Financial Services industry, based in Savannah, Georgia. In this role, you will be integral in managing and processing customer data, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication by answering inbound calls and handling email correspondence.
  • Deliver superior customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain and manage customer data with precision, utilizing data entry skills.
  • Coordinate both inbound and outbound calls effectively, ensuring efficient communication channels.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to manage tasks and maintain records.
  • Schedule appointments as required, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Conduct case research when issues arise, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Handle requests and inquiries from debtors, creditors, and attorneys concerning cases.
  • Assist at assigned confirmation hearings, demonstrating a commitment to team collaboration.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, with the ability to efficiently route calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets for various business functions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails, calendars, and contact lists
  • Competence in creating and editing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents as required
  • Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
