We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Nashua, New Hampshire. As an Executive Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our team, managing calendars, planning events, and handling communication and correspondence.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences, including calls and room bookings
- Maintain accurate records of meetings by taking and distributing minutes
- Handle all aspects of administrative support, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of inquiries
- Plan and coordinate events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
- Prepare and edit correspondence and communications
- Ensure all administrative procedures are followed, from record keeping to managing correspondence.
- Proven 5 experience as an Admin Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing conference calls, including scheduling, invitation management, and technical support.
- Ability to handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to executives.
- Demonstrated experience in conference planning, including venue selection, catering coordination, and attendee management.
- Background in event planning, with a focus on corporate events and gatherings.
- Capability to accurately record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Experience in maintaining records of minutes from meetings and conferences.
