Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records.• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.• Handle the preparation of invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.• Manage the filing and retrieval of corporate documents, records, and reports.• Distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails, in an organized manner.• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping work.• Uphold confidentiality and organize information effectively.
