As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be actively involved in supporting community initiatives, planning and coordinating workshops, and fostering relationships with local partners. This role is pivotal in promoting community outreach and maintaining strong connections with healthcare professionals, non-profit organizations, and government bodies.Responsibilities• Foster and nurture relationships with local partners to support the program.• Assist in organizing and planning educational workshops for the community• Create and share promotional materials such as flyers, articles, and social media posts to spread awareness • Collaborate with the Community Initiatives Manager and Volunteer Department to recruit and train volunteers, with a focus on Spanish-speaking individuals.• Develop and sustain strong relationships with community groups, healthcare professionals, and government organizations to bolster the program• Identify new avenues to engage with potential partners and expand the program's reach within the community.• Advocate for the program, educating the public about its importance • Support the growth of community initiatives by tracking activities and maintaining well-organized and up-to-date information.
