We are on the lookout for a diligent Advisor Associate to be a part of our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Advisor Associate, your primary function will be to support the Lead Advisor by managing client relations and performing in-depth financial research to provide solutions. You will also be expected to prepare for client meetings, follow up on action items, and contribute to improving our internal systems.Responsibilities:• Facilitate effective client retention and education strategies• Conduct comprehensive research to understand and explain complexities in client financial situations• Develop a range of solutions to address client needs and unique circumstances• Collaborate with all teams to optimize tech/reporting tools for client benefit• Undertake administrative duties as necessary, including preparing agendas for client meetings and ensuring follow-ups• Strive for continuous learning in all facets of finance with the view to progress to a Lead Advisor role• Focus on problem-solving and providing a superior client experience• Maintain client credit records and process credit applications accurately• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action• Use CRM, Epic Software, 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and other skills to enhance customer service and client relations.
Salary : $60,000 - $650,000
