Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for a Regional Marketing Manager for a AEC client. This is a direct hire role. Ideal candidates will be coming from the AEC space.
About the Role
Assists and collaborates with Business Development Managers, Office Managers, and pursuit leads on marketing and business development efforts for the region. Leads proposal process development and management, scheduling, resource allocation, and pursuit strategy/messaging and development. Manages/participates in hiring of marketing staff for the region. Supervises and mentors regional marketing staff. Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminates this information to team members. Provides review/quality control of submittals and marketing materials. Coordinates high- to strategic-level pursuits. Assists with writing and editing technical proposal sections. Writes and edits non-technical proposal sections. Leads interview preparation, including storyboarding, rehearsal coordination, presenter coaching and coordination with external vendors/teaming partners. Leads client account analysis and win planning sessions. Participates in business development meetings with Business Development Managers and Client Service Managers. Contributes to opportunity tracking and business development elements of revenue forecasting and proposal strategy development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, english, communications, design, visual arts, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and offer solutions
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Very strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to delegate tasks and coach other marketing staff
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of industry, sales, and marketing process
- Demonstrates and performs leadership principles
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
