You will be stationed in a dynamic workplace where the use of business systems and customer service skills are essential.Responsibilities:• Coordinate air and ocean imports, with a particular emphasis on air imports due to its complexity and speed.• Utilize AS400 and other ERP solutions for efficient processing and tracking.• Handle A-Z bookings with a customer-focused approach.• Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency.• Engage in regular communication with customers and provide exceptional customer service.• Update and maintain customer records accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Perform billing functions accurately and timely.• Collaborate with the import team to streamline operations.• Pass necessary checks and tests as part of the role.
