We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a sales analyst in New Jersey. This role will be primarily focused on engaging with field sales leadership to establish incentive compensation plans and territory structures that promote growth and align with strategic sales objectives. Although on-site work is preferred, remote work can be considered for the right candidate.Responsibilities:• Engage in key business partnerships to develop incentive compensation plans• Establish and maintain territory structures that drive growth• Support strategic sales objectives through effective planning processes• Utilize Sales, Reporting, Planning, and Design skills to enhance operations• Apply Leadership Skills and financial acumen to business models• Conduct ad hoc financial and metric reporting for accurate projection• Be involved in component selection and validation plans for bonus program• Manage P & L calculations, accruals, and commissions effectively• Leverage knowledge of field sales, worker's compensation, and multi-channel operations• Utilize Salesforce Platform and NIS for efficient sales management.
