Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements. Enter invoices into the computer system, using both Excel and QuickBooks. Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments for expenses approval. Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Accurately track and document all transactions. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Assist with month-end closing.
