We are seeking a Junior CRM Developer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) to help customize and optimize our CRM system for internal operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and meet business needs.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Customize and configure D365 Business Central, including entity creation, workflows, form design, and data management.
🔹 Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
🔹 Assist in managing CRM solutions, deployments, and system updates.
🔹 Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing.
🔹 Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize D365 BC performance.
🔹 Support data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
🔹 Provide training and technical support to end users for smooth adoption.
🔹 Stay up to date with D365 BC updates and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC), including configurations and customizations.
✅ Proficiency in coding/scripting languages like C#, JavaScript, HTML, or SQL.
✅ Strong understanding of CRM best practices and solution development.
✅ Experience with low-code platforms and automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
✅ Basic knowledge of cloud integration tools (Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps) is a bonus.
✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
✅ Experience with issue-tracking tools (Jira) is an advantage.
✅ Relevant D365 BC certifications are a plus but not required.
