Your Superpowers (What You'll Bring to the Table):

• Proven experience (3 years) as an Application Support Engineer, specifically within the banking or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of core banking applications and related systems (e.g., payment processing, loan origination, online banking).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a knack for quickly identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with log analysis tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Splunk, ELK stack, Prometheus).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

Requirements

Provide timely and effective technical support for our core banking applications.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Monitor application performance and identify potential issues before they impact users.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement solutions and improvements.

Document support procedures and create knowledge base articles.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.

Manage and resolve tickets according to SLA.

Support API integrations and resolve any API related issues.
