We are seeking a proficient Applications Analyst to become a part of our team. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, this role encompasses the management and maintenance of application systems, coordinating modifications, and offering support to both internal and external users. This role presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and maintaining application databases to ensure efficient operation and accurate data.
Supervising the process of bug-fixing, enhancing or adding new modules to our applications.
Coordinating and executing application modifications, including testing and communication.
Offering support for IRIS (Immigration and Refugee Information System) and other systems, ensuring prompt and accurate response to inquiries.
Generating reports and creating database queries using SQL.
Collaborating closely with users to comprehend and implement feature requests, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Keeping system and user documentation up-to-date and accurate.
Deploying application releases to production, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Coordinating the development and delivery of training on process changes and software usage to promote adoption of system capabilities and features.
Requirements
Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking
Solid understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies
Ability to handle CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools effectively
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Experience in designing and implementing ERP Solutions
Knowledge of AB Testing methods and their practical application
Proven experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
Skillful in API Development to integrate different software systems
Demonstrated ability in Application Development, from design to deployment
Proficiency in ASP.NET for web application development
