We are potentially seeking a highly technically proficient Solutions Architect for a client of Robert Half's onsite in the Phoenix area, servicing clients in the healthcare industry. The ideal, local candidate will have hands on experience with Heathcare software platforms or other relevant technologies like EHR / EMR, HIS, CRM solutions, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to assess and understand client needs, develop technical solutions, and create compelling proposals that highlight our client's product's value.
- Engage with our client's customers to gather detailed requirements, analyze their existing processes, and identify pain points where our solutions can add value.
- Develop tailored product demonstrations and technical solutions that address the client’s customer's specific needs. Create and present custom demos, architecture proposals, and solution roadmaps.
- Deliver high-impact product presentations and demonstrations to their clients, showcasing how our solution aligns with their business goals and requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to support the sales process, including answering complex technical questions, addressing objections, and collaborating with the client's product team to refine solutions.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal engineering teams, ensuring that customer feedback is communicated clearly and accurately.
- Assist with technical evaluations, proof-of-concept implementations, and other pre-sales activities to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive products to provide relevant insights and adapt solutions accordingly.
- Help identify opportunities for customization and integration of our solutions to meet customer-specific needs, ensuring seamless implementation and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our client's implementation and support teams to ensure successful delivery and customer onboarding after the sale is made.
