We are offering an exciting opportunity for an AR Clerk/Specialist in Moorestown, New Jersey. The role involves a combination of accounting duties, primarily focused on the efficient management of customer transactions and account receivables. The successful candidate will be integral to the smooth running of the accounts department in our organization.Responsibilities:• Accurate processing and posting of customer payments into QuickBooks• Facilitating the timely issuance of sales invoices and ensuring they are error-free and include the correct sales tax• Assisting in the transition from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online• Managing accounts receivable collections and ensuring prompt payment• Ensuring the accurate and timely filing and payment of sales tax• Undertaking project billing tasks, with a familiarity with AIA billing being advantageous• Preparing project P& Ls in Excel and uploading invoices to the customer portal• Maintaining effective communication with clients to resolve any issues or inquiries• Using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to maintain and organize data efficiently• Proactively monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required.
