Robert Half has a client seeking an Art Director with experience working in the gardening, outdoors, lifestyle, or related industries. This is a direct-hire position that requires working onsite in Warminster, PA 5x per week (Monday-Friday).
You will oversee on-set productions, guiding teams to create high-quality, brand-aligned imagery and videos. Additionally, you will assist the Chief Brand Officer in maintaining and evolving the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all graphic design assets, marketing materials, and digital content.
Responsibilities include :
- Collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer and cross-functional teams to create visually impactful, on-brand creative that meets business goals and objectives.
- Develop and lead brand photography and videography initiatives, both product and campaign, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and brand identity.
- Present innovative concepts and final executions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Help shape and evolve digital brand standards and templates to maintain consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in email, social, and display marketing to drive innovation and ensure the brand stays ahead.
