About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Art Director with pharmaceutical agency experience and exceptional conceptual and design skills. This role will work closely with both the Creative Director and the account team on Managed Markets and Patient Support communications materials and tactics . All communications must align with client strategies, brand guidelines, and industry regulations .
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment . They must be capable of managing multiple projects from concept to completion, justifying design decisions with strategic thinking, and confidently presenting their work to internal teams and clients. The role requires someone who can deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and effectively self-manage priorities .

Candidates MUST have prior experience working in a pharmaceutical agency setting
Must submit samples of work to be considered for an interview
Roles and Responsibilities :
MUST have market access and payer access experience
Ability to design across multiple media, including print, digital, video, and PowerPoint
Act as the lead for visual execution and maintain quality control
Develop clear, strategic, and visually engaging art direction
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Work closely with account colleagues and clients to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives
Effectively incorporate feedback and revisions in a professional, open-minded manner
Own projects from concept through final execution , keeping key stakeholders informed
Review existing materials, gather insights, and continuously enhance creative output
Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus
Ability to interpret data and create compelling visuals
Strong front-end digital design capabilities, including banner ads, landing pages, and emails
Desired Skills & Experience :
6 years of creative design experience (at least 4 years in an agency setting, specifically within a pharmaceutical agency)
Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
Expert in Mac OS and current design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience in Figma, Articulate Storyline, After Effects is a plus
Strong background in web, interactive, and digital design preferred
