The Assistant Controller will be instrumental in handling operational accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis and providing mentorship to a small team of accounting professionals. The role involves a deep understanding of cost accounting and inventories, and familiarity with Oracle NetSuite.Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operational accounting tasks• Mentor and guide a small team consisting of a senior accountant and an accounts receivable clerk• Ensure understanding and application of cost accounting and inventories• Utilize Oracle NetSuite for various accounting functions• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)• Conduct auditing tasks as necessary• Oversee billing functions within the organization• Leverage Accounting Software Systems and Concur for efficient task completion.
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
