We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will support the daily food and beverage operations, ensure quality standards are met, and enhance guest satisfaction. A key part of your role will be managing staff development and meeting financial goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to devise and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction
- Supervise, motivate, and support the team to foster high morale and productivity
- Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring all areas operate efficiently and adhere to company standards
- Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure consistency and quality in products and services
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and managing operational costs to meet financial objectives
- Collaborate with chefs and other staff to develop and refine menus tailored to customer preferences and market trends
- Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to enhance revenue and guest engagement
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste
- Support vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of quality products at competitive prices
- Ensure all licenses, certifications, and permits for food and beverage operations remain current
- Manage compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Epic Software
- Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Experience with ERP Solutions
- Knowledge of IBM AS / 400
- Expertise in Interface Engine
