Responsibilities
- Drafting, filing, and managing various pleadings, including answers and motions for summary judgment.
- Representing financial institutions in matters related to creditors' rights.
- Developing case strategies through meticulous legal research.
- Attending court hearings to advocate for clients.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys and legal staff for effective case management.
- Handling contested foreclosure litigation.
- Utilizing skills in 'Creditor Representation' and 'Motions'
- Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state, or ability to obtain admission promptly
- Demonstrated experience in Creditor Representation
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing Motions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred
- Comfortable with technology, including case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
