Requirements
Requirements:
- Hold an active BAR license in any of the following states: MA, CT, NH, NY, MD
- Expertise in Solar Energy and its associated legal ramifications.
- Proficiency in Corporate Finance, including understanding and managing financial risk.
- Ability to draft, negotiate, and manage Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Commercial Real Estate agreements on both the P& S side
- Proven experience in Land Use Planning, including zoning and land use strategies.
- Experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and negotiating terms.
