Seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorney/Lawyers in NW Atlanta. This role will primarily involve handling insurance defense litigation and various liability cases. It's a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic team, bringing legal expertise to a critical function within our operations.
- Handle insurance defense litigation in a detail oriented and competent manner
- Address and manage cases related to premise liability
- Take a lead role in product liability cases, ensuring all relevant legal standards are met
- Handle motor vehicle accident cases, utilizing your expertise in insurance law
- Leverage your skills in Insurance Defense Litigation to provide strategic advice and guidance
- Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management
- Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to your work.
- Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3-10 years of experience in the legal field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Insurance Defense Litigation.
- Excellent ability to draft and interpret legal documents.
- Proven experience in managing multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to settle disputes outside of court.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ethical and detail oriented standards.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proven track record of client satisfaction and relationship management.
- High degree of detail oriented discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in legal research and analysis.
- Good understanding of courtroom procedures and decorum.
- Willingness to maintain and improve legal knowledge through continuous detail oriented development.
