Our client, a premier Denver general civil litigation firm providing representation to clients emphasizing tort litigation, products liability, construction, and commercial litigation, employment law, Insurance coverage, and general business law, seeks a 2 plus years litigation attorney with litigation experience and current Colorado license. Additional licensure in Wyoming and Nebraska is also helpful. The firm specializes in the defense of civil lawsuits, administrative hearings, and corporate matters. Our client provides legal counseling to the insurance industry and its insureds across a wide range of practice areas including Automobile Accidents, Construction Litigation, Employment Matters, Public Entity Litigation. Responsibilities include pre-trial and trial work, motion practice, depositions, case management, and client contact.
