Responsibilities: • Draft and review legal documents as required• Manage disputes involving individuals• Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and updated case records• Draft demand letters as part of dispute resolution processes• Conduct civil litigation work and handle claim administration tasks• Engage in discovery work, including drafting pleadings and litigation work• Handle defamation cases and complaints• Leverage proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Document Management for case handling• Draft briefs and outline depositions as required• Leverage civil litigation experience in handling complex cases
