The position involves supporting events with 50-100 participants across settings such as theaters, corporate spaces, television, and hotel venues , ensuring high-quality sound and video during live performances and other events. Professionals will also regularly interact with high-profile stakeholders like CEOs, investors, and business owners .
Location : 75% in San Francisco
25% in general Bay area
Responsibilities :
- Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment during live performances , events, and perform audio mixing.
- Optimize audio mixing systems during live events to produce high-quality sound.
- Provide support for sound, video, and broadcasting systems ; no installation work is required.
- Manage virtual platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams during hybrid or virtual events.
- Work effectively within the hotel industry event space , ensuring punctuality and maintaining a professional demeanor within hospitality-focused settings.
- Handle connections like XLR, 3.5mm , and other standard AV cables and components.
- Stay updated on industry terms and learn industry-standard acronyms as applicable.
- Provide dedicated support for event clients, including high-profile individuals such as executives, CEOs, and investors .
