Automation Manager

Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automation Manager. This role holds overall responsibility for managing controls integration, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and improvement of both day-to-day and long-term operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage controls integration in projects, ensuring successful delivery that meets customer requirements.
• Collaborate with project management to plan execution, define project schedules, and establish milestones.
• Ensure projects are properly staffed with automation personnel to meet schedules, budgets, and customer demands.
• Monitor automation/electrical engineers' performance, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and objectives are met.
• Develop employees' professional skills through continuous feedback and performance reviews.
• Resolve conflicts, both internally and externally, fostering effective collaboration.
• Build and maintain a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in an automation-related industry.
• Experience in the design and implementation of automation in process systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming
• Experience in HMI development and planning.
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to take on initiatives outside of core responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or other technical disciplines.
